 note = {東京湾は埋め立て，赤潮や青潮の発生，無酸素層の拡大等水圏環境は決して良い状態とはいえない。こうした水圏環境に関する問題を解決するためには，政策的な取り組みだけでなく多様な人々が身近な水圏環境を観察し，水圏環境について議論し，水圏環境に関する知識を身につけ，責任ある決定や行動ができるよう促す「水圏環境教育」が重要である。近年，東京湾周辺では地域住民や市民団体が中心となり，水圏環境に関する環境保全活動が盛んに実施されるようになった。本報告では，水圏環境教育の視点から見た横浜市「海の公園」にて活動を行う「金沢八景―東京湾アマモ場再生会議」におけるアマモ場再生活動の取り組みについて紹介する。, Tokyo Bay water conditions can not be regarded as satisfactory. Not only is political engagement crucially important to resolve problems related to aquatic marine environments. Solutions will demand diverse people's efforts at investigating, discussing, and understanding the environment, and subsequently taking responsible decisions and actions. Recently around Tokyo Bay, local people and citizens groups are working together to arrange and conduct environmental education programs.
