First, in passenger services, low-fare services which low-cost carriers (LCCs) offer have been increasing dramatically.\nSecond, airlines fragment passenger services and impose fees on each optional service, which is the so-called a la carte strategy. U.S. airlines in domestic services and most of LCCs actively pursue such strategy.
