In this report, the effect of aging of cells and an increase of Ca/Mg ratio on calcification was investigated. As a result, it was shown that the calcification in NB1 cells was promoted by the increase of Ca/Mg ratio. Furthermore, the calcification advanced significantly with cell aging. Even in these cases, however, it was revealed that the calcification in cells was inhibited by the addition of deep seawater collected at the station of Izu-Akazawa, Japan. Considering these results, the application of deep seawater can be regarded as a promising approach to avoid the calcification of cells, because Ca/Mg ratio has been on the rise with the westernization of the contemporary Japanese diet.}, pages = {1--8}, title = {海洋深層水はCa/Mg比の増加による 正常ヒト線維芽細胞の石灰化を抑制する}, volume = {17}, year = {2016} }
