状態へ誘導するための諸条件について検討するとともに,本菌を薬剤耐性のない大腸菌とプロトプラスト融合した。本菌の VBNC 状態への誘導条件は,NaCl 濃度 1 %,pH 7.8 が最適であり,培養 63 日後に VBNC 状態となった。カタラーゼの添加で一部培養可能な状態に復帰した。VBNC 状態の本菌を大腸菌とプロトプラスト融合した結果,薬剤耐性が異なる融合株が得られ,VBNC
