| 内容記述 | The present study experimentally investigated the effects of evaporation temperature on falling liquid-film evaporation heat transfer coefficients and flow pattern using R1234ze(E) on a horizontal microscopic-grooved copper tube. The experiments were carried out at evaporation temperatures of 15°C and 25°C, heat flux range of 5-40 kWm-2, and film Reynolds number range of 100-900. As film Reynolds number increased, the flow pattern shifted from droplets-columns mode, columns mode, columns-sheet mode, and sheet mode. The effect of evaporation temperature on the film Reynolds number at which the flow pattern transitions were small. The evaporation heat transfer coefficient at 25°C was higher than that at 15°C for all film Reynolds numbers. At q=10 kWm-2, the evaporation heat transfer coefficients at 25°C were higher than those at 15°C, especially in the low film Reynolds number range. For both evaporation temperature conditions, the heat transfer coefficient increased with increasing heat flux. The heat transfer coefficients obtained in this study were 4 to 7 times higher than the predicted values calculated by existing correlations for pool boiling heat transfer on horizontal smooth tubes. The effect of differences in evaporation temperature on the heat transfer coefficient of the microscopic-grooved copper was similar to that of pool boiling in a smooth tube. | |||||||||||||
